MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Execute all KOLs related activities which include:
- Create creative ideas for streaming/ making videos
- Prepare a detailed brief for KOLs. Communicate, follow and manage KOLs to make sure their content is on brief
- Give feedback to improve KOLs’ content
- Daily execute & manage campaigns to make sure they are on time, within budget and meet ambitious KPIs.
- Do daily/ weekly/ monthly marketing activities report and send to leader
Seeking for new KOLs to join AOV creator program
Support marketing team, E-sports team with KOLs activities
Work directly with the product team, design team, video editing team to execute KOLs marketing activities.
Cooperate with other internal (code, purchase, legal, finance) & external resources (production house, agency …) smoothly as a part of running campaigns.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Having experience of relevant work preferably in the KOLs/ gaming/ FMCG industry or digital/ advertising agency is an advantage.
Multi-tasking, very good communication, negotiation skill.
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese, both writing and speaking.
Proactive, strong attention to detail & multi-tasking skills.
Demonstrates a “Can Do” Attitude, problem-solving mindset.
Quick learner, hard-working, creative.
University Degree or studying in Marketing or related industry.
