• Sourcing prospective companies through team projects, social media channels, networking, direct sourcing, etc
• Cold-calling and emailing companies to introduce Glints Job Portal
• Onboarding company accordingly & promptly on Glints Marketplace
• Developing and sustain solid relationships with companies to encourage repeat business
• Prepare weekly progress report

• Support conduct document, case study, training for Sales Interns

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Outbound sales with 6 – 8 months of experience who are familiar with recruitment, technology, and marketing industry
• Must be solution and target-oriented.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Have passion in tech and would like to growth your career in a non-traditional recruitment industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills including communicated, organizational & problem-solving weapons.
• Proficient in English, especially reading skills.
• Microsoft office (Excel & Powerpoint) & Data-driven are a must.
