MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Update weekly / monthly/ annual reports (2 times/year) of Solution & Innovation Center (SIC) activities
• Support customer visits to SIC together with Sales team
• Support machine demonstration with Service team
• Control and maintain standard of safety, hygiene, and security of SIC facilities.
• Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing team to organize yearly Seminar/ Event/ Conference for manufacturing customers.
• Promote to customers and advertise on Panasonic’s brand, SMT/AI machines to B2B customers (machine brochure, catalogue).
• Update machine catalogue (yearly).
• Support Sales team to achieve sales KPI, BP, overseas-schedule for manufacturing customers (engineer’s training, event/conference/ technical seminar).
• Monitor, support and check monthly payments, debit notes, yearly service contracts, agreements of showroom expenses, prepare annual budget for SIC activities.
• Support Logistics: import-export SIC machines, over-seas machines parts, etc.
• Monthly checking machines stock, parts/equipment at SIC.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Language : English fluently and prefer Chinese language (conversation level).
• Skills : Customer service orientation, strong team-work skill, good communication.
• Characteristics: Diligent, outgoing, adaptability and flexibility, positive thinking, always willing to learn and improve knowledge about product/ technology, self-motivated.
